"Puyo Puyo!! Quest" is a puzzle RPG game that offers enjoyable large chain reactions with simple touch controls. Players can challenge quests, form guilds with friends, and have fun together. Additionally, there is a mode called "Endless Puyo Puyo" where players can play using the familiar rules of Puyo Puyo.
The basic rule of the game is to touch and eliminate Puyos on the field. When four Puyos of the same color connect in an empty space, a chain reaction occurs. The characters of the same color as the chained Puyos will then attack. With the touch controls, anyone can easily enjoy creating large chain reactions.
In the quest mode, players can adventure through different worlds and battle various characters. By eliminating Puyos, the player's team of characters will attack the opponent's team. Players can defeat the opponent's team by creating large chain reactions. Winning against the opponent's team allows players to progress to the next battle.
Players can also create their own teams by collecting character cards obtained from quests. By combining favorite character cards, players can create their own original team. Character cards can be obtained not only from quests but also from gacha.
The game also offers various elements to keep players engaged, such as cooperating with guild members to defeat powerful bosses, developing characters, and harvesting Puyo vegetables (growth items).
