Ad Silence is a lightweight (~150KB) open source app that mutes ads in Accuradio, Spotify, and TIDAL automatically when they are being played. It has a minimal UI and allows users to configure which apps to remove ads in. It has no bloat or external dependencies, no in-app purchases or ads, and is easily extensible to other apps.

Ad Silence works by monitoring the audio stream of the apps it is configured to mute ads in. When it detects an ad, it mutes the audio stream until the ad is finished. This allows users to enjoy their favorite streaming services without the interruption of ads.
